{Danielle} Retro 50's

Another model from Saturday's shoot! This was a fun theme - retro 50's pin-up girl. Not only was this a fun shoot, but it's my bestie, Danielle. I've known Danielle since High School and had the honor of her being my maid of honor in my wedding. It was great getting to spend the day with her catching up, and taking her pictures. There were so many different outfit changes and fun things Rachel cooked up for this shoot. We shot everything in downtown Columbia and also spent some time in Columbia's famous Candy Kitchen - Yum! Again, lots of photos to choose from, but I only chose my favorites from the day. I really liked the photos done in the candy shop, but figured the other two photographers may use those pictures for their blog, so I stuck with the good old face shots. I am definitely a "in your face" photographer, which means I like to get good close-up shots. I also really like catching un-posed moments. It helps having two other photographers all trying to get eye contact with the model, because it allows me to sneak in those moments when the model doesn't know I'm capturing them. Again, all make-up was done up by the talented Ellie Han. Danielle you look gorgeous and I had a blast hanging out with you.
