Simple, but precious moments...

It was as simple as asking my 5 year old daughter to put on her pj's and get ready for bed while I tucked in my two year old son.  I came out into the living room to find her dressed in mixed matched pj's, messy pigtail buns still in her hair from earlier in the day, in her princess high heel shoes, while drawing on her magic eraser board while humming a tune.  I couldn't help but stop & take in the moment as I realized it wouldn't be long until I would forget it.  I then quickly grabbed my camera and snapped some photos so I could always remember this simple, but precious moment.  It  reminded myself that the simple moments in life such as these, always seem to be the best ones.  Happy Friday!
